Tilly says thanks, Mark! She’s always had a good singing voice – apparently she takes after her dad ๐ She’s never joined in with the ice cream van though. Maybe she doesn’t like their song……..
Whoo-hoo, that was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Tilly for such a brilliant song, and for Dixie’s quiet support there on the chair. And thank you Chrissie, for always bringing such heart-warming posts here in the digital tundra of the Internet. Merry Christmas, warmest wishes for much love and laughter this holiday and Happiest New Year from Karen and Wyatt Earp the Boxer! P.S. Great big virtual hugs and a big box of jumbones for Dixie and Tilly!
You probably didn’t hear it, but Dixie was quietly humming the harmony there on the chair……. Tilly’s actually in danger of all these nice comments going to her head – which is big enough already really – and in fact is right now wittering behind me as no one is paying her the attention she thinks she deserves!
Have a wonderful Christmas over there yourselves and the doggies say that they hope Wyatt Earp gets everything he put on his Christmas list ๐
They’re certainly all unique characters, Mike, but I’ve never had such a musical one before!
And a Merry Christmas to the Peak Rambler household, too ๐
Oh, this is just too much!! Leave it to that Tilly. Thank you for the greetings.
We have had frigid frigid sub-zero temperatures here for two weeks and all of next week and more is predicted. I think Iโll stick my tongue onto the pump!
She thought you’d like it, Dan ๐ And you know you just love those arctic, Michigan temperatures, especially when there’s loads of snow about too……Think you need to be careful where you’re sticking your tongue, though……
Dixie didn’t look impressed by her young friend’s efforts at song! ๐ Our local pub’s dog was doing something similar last week – every time someone mentioned Trawden Reservoir – no idea what it was about it that was setting her off each time but it was funny!

In fine voice Tilly ๐ Our dogs always sing when they hear the ice cream van jingle going through the village in the summer.

No, Dixie always looks rather resigned when Tilly has a sing-a-long!

That must have been quite spooky the first time you heard that in the middle of the night!
